Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS)

The Money Advice and Budgeting Service is a free, independent and confidential advice service for people who are looking for advice about money management, who are in danger of getting into debt or who are in debt.

You can contact the MABS Helpline Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm on 1890 283 438 or email helpline@mabs.ie. The MABS website is also a source of self-help materials and other information on money management and debt issues. You can also use the following link to find your nearest MABS office. There are 52 MABS offices throughout the country where you can go for information and help.
