EIF Community Actions
Article 5 of the Basic Act – Decision 2007/435/EC
Each year the European Commission adopts an Annual Work Programme and invites bids for calls for proposals and/or tenders for transnational actions and actions in the interest of the Community. In doing so, the Commission is responsible for the overall management and selection of actions (centralised management).
